Observe the Mindset

A positive outlook is all it takes. Because bliss is on the mind, not outside of us. Circumstances are out of our control, but allowing an internal response to the events of life, and keeping anxiety at bay, in part, actually is. We cannot easily pinpoint what happiness is, it depends on so many things: everyone has a special definition. Sometimes it seems that is not very concrete yet, suddenly, it feels it’s only a matter of our outlook.

And it is OK to feel better-off some days, some days wearier, and sometimes even bothersome. But just watch out, when we unexpectedly notice that we’ve been spending most of our time lacking and feeling we need to obtain or achieve something else, maybe its time to steer our focus back to our current experience.

Nothing can replace that feeling of grasping an enjoyable moment: appreciating the gift of life and just trying to improve it gently. Sometimes we may be fooled by our willingness to secure our happiness or our fear to lose it. Then again, it is something we can only recursively procure to some extent, becoming wisely aware of our mindset.
