Rational Release

Full control of the outcomes of any of our endeavors is never an option. Even the process of our own self-discovery is paradoxical: every day we change in quite confusing ways plus, our past somedays resonates, still, others, it doesn’t even seem to be accessible. So, how can we avoid fading away when things don’t seem to flow? Can we even focus on what we could control? If so, how? For one thing, when overwhelmed, we must develop the temple to fend off the burden of expectations.

In these situations, emotional thinking just makes things tougher. If we manage to gather some temple, on the other hand, we can move forward in resolution, even amidst truly awesome or strange circumstances. Being overwhelmed implies feeling sentimentally urged or attached: the stuff that stress is made of. Recall that our experience is always what we can do given the situation, not how we try to seize whatever we seem to crave sometimes so delusively. If we let go we essentially advance unto rationality and actually, a bit of control on the things we may hold with some sort of grasp like: how we are percieveing, forcing our mind into, or even construeing realities.
